MEET THE COHORT

Lisa Aoyama & Caterina Neves, Amplify

Catarina is a multidisciplinary designer on a mission to reshape her little corner of the world. Whether it's through the creation of typefaces that challenge our notion of universality or by playing with graphics that engage with people's attention, she is passionate about sparking change. Currently, she is intrigued by the integration of AI and its potential impact on our future as both creatives and humans.

Lisa is a Japanese creative based in London, Lisa has a background in art, design, and engineering, with a multidisciplinary approach to tackling creative challenges. As well as storytelling, she is passionate about opening up spaces to ask questions, deconstructing dichotomies, and encouraging people to create their own stories.

Jas Nandoo & Geo Fischer,
Leo Burnett.

Jas & Geo are only a few years into the industry having graduated from the University of Lincoln in 2021 - and have gone back a number of times to run workshops & briefs tackling race, sexuality, and even cat-calling with their project The Unboxed Collection. Since entering the industry fresh out of uni, they have worked on a number of brands - from Heinz to Halfords and most recently, McDonalds.

While Jas (Art Director) has an interest in anything Star Wars or Martial arts, Geo (Copywriter) loves Musical Theatre Soundtracks & bingeing a good series. A good combination for a pub quiz if you ask us!

Sam Collins & Ivan Stanojevic, The&Partnership

Sam and Ivan are a creative duo in the advertising industry.

Having seized the opportunity to abuse the privilege of writing about themselves in the third person, the team have enjoyed three rip-roaring years of unbridled success, winning Campaign's Ad of the Day for Skittles Squishy Fish & masterminding a shift in global strategy for Mars Wrigley's Extra Gum with a shiny new platform – Every Smile Should Shine. Most recently they oversaw the creation of one of M&M's most watched organic videos – a duet with the original creator of the Griddy, news of which engendered nothing more than a polite nod and a smile from their bewildered parents.

Laughter is the glue that keeps Sam & Ivan on the same page, as well some very strong, yet loosely held opinions. Though they might disagree on what makes the perfect hoodie, or whether cheese is an appropriate breakfast food, when it comes to what great work looks like, they’re on the same page.

Aleks Atanasovski & Hannah Young, Wieden+Kennedy London
